As a birth doula I will provide prenatal support and evidence based information via text, phone, and prenatal visits. We will work together to prepare your birth plan and I will support you and your partner through labor and delivery using a variety of techniques to make you as comfortable as possible and advocating for the birth experience you desire. After delivery we will have one more visits to ensure that you are beginning your next journey full of information and confidence.
Birth Doula

- 1 Prenatal Visits to include childbirth

- 1 Postnatal Visit | 1 hour
Value :
$1500.00 - Requires $250 deposit of payment before birth to add your date to my calendar. Full balance due by 36 weeks.

Postpartum Doula
Those first weeks after you give birth are blissful. They can also be quite challenging. Knowledgeable support during that time is so valuable. Here's a short list of ways I can support you as a postpartum doula physically and emotionally; caring for baby, light housework, breastfeeding support, and debriefing labor and delivery. Base Options :
Day care (6AM - 6PM) | $35/hr | Minimum 4 hours​​
Lactation Service
Breastfeeding is beautiful and amazing, but it can also be tricky from time to time. As a breastfeeding counselor I can help you and your baby find your rhythm. We will work together to trouble shoot solutions to any challenge that arises and I will encourage you to follow your instincts and meet your goals.
Base Option :
Lactation Support | $75/hr | Minimum 2 hours
Packages
Birth and Education
This package includes birth doula services with 2 additional education sessions. Session 1 will focus on preparing your mind and body for birth. Session 2 will focus on the biomechanics of physiological birth. Session 3 will focus on preparing for postpartum and taking care of baby. Total $1,900.00
Birth and Postpartum package
This packages includes birth doula services and 15 hours of daytime postpartum care. Hours can be used in 5 hour increments. Total $2,250.00
